I cannot believe I am actually about to tell you this. I feel like it is way too much personal information to put on the internet. But since Anonymous asked. I shall tell you the story of the Carhartt joke...
It starts when I was about 14 or 15 I guess. And after spending many months ripping my legs apart shaving I decided... You know what? Guys can get away without shaving. They can grow beards. So I stopped shaving. I am now 21. And I shave at most every three to six months. Unless I have the misfortune of being forced to wear a dress or something.
Even during summer shorts weather, I do not shave. I just wear jeans when I leave the farm. Trust me no one is missing out on the whole not getting to see my legs thing they're not all that impressive...
As soon as I began to cultivate my leg hair my brother was grossed out by it. Which is entirely okay but really they're not his legs if he doesn't like it he doesn't have to look. He began calling me Cro Magnon. As I have been studying anthropology, I have gotten to where I actually kind of liked that one.
Over Thanksgiving break my beloved younger brother came up with a new hypothesis as to why I never shave... It also explains why I can wear shorts in the middle of January (Yes I have been known to do so)....
What is it you may ask?
I am cultivating self grown personal Carhartts which I will later sell.
He even came up with a marketing pitch and everything. I don't remember everything he came up with I was laughing to hard.
But I did learn something that night. Apparently I'm the only one who he's that mean to. I'm used to it. He's forever telling me I'm a fat ugly bitch and I'll never find a guy desperate enough to put up with me. Surprisingly he made it through an entire break without bringing that one up.
And hey you never know maybe someday I'll find someone deaf, blind and desperate!
